Why We Love To Work
In Huber Heights, Ohio

Huber Heights has a population of 40,465. This large suburb of Dayton is located in Miami and Montgomery counties. Although Huber Heights continues to grow and annex parcels of land from Miami County, the city is currently the third-largest suburb of Dayton, behind only Kettering, which has an estimated 55,271. Throughout the years, Huber Heights’ motto has always been “A city with a vision, come grow with us!” The city was at one time simply Wayne Township, which went defunct. It became a city on Jan. 23, 1981. The city was named after Charles Huber, who was a developer who built a large number of the homes that would later become part of the city. The area’s development started in 1956, with a total area of a little more than 22 square miles between the Mad River and the Great Miami River. State Routes 202 (Old Troy Pike) and 201 (Brandt Pike) are the city’s main north to south routes. Additionally, Shull Road, Executive Boulevard, Interstate 70, Taylorsville, Chambersburg, and Fishburg Roads are the primary east to west routes. Recent development expanded the city’s boundaries north into Miami County near National Road. Huber Heights’ location near the intersection of I-70 and I-75 has long made it an attractive hub for the trucking industry. For anyone visiting and for local residents, Huber Heights offers a wide variety of tourist attractions, which include music and entertainment venues, nature reserves, parks and museums.

Do you need a residential or commercial plumbing expert in Huber Heights but aren’t sure who to choose? We encourage you to choose Bellbrook Plumbing & Drain for all your plumbing related needs, whether it be sump pump installation, gas line installation, gas line repair, pipe repairs or maintenance.
